• Entertainment for Ticketed Events, and Concerts

• Personal information or put you in contact with the artists directly.

• Our Charter does not allow us to ask the artists to donate their services.

• Each performer has there own publicist for film/stage, print, radio, and TV interviews. Unfortunately we do not have access to that information.

What to Expect

Our process in booking your Celebrity Act

• Go over the details of your event, and your entertainment needs & budget

• Prepare a list of artist within your budget and wish-list

       -Check the availability of the Artists that you have chosen

       -Write up an offer specifically tailored to your event

• Present offer to Artist's Agent and negotiate in your favor

• Upon the acceptance of your offer; the Artist contract and rider will be adjusted to fit the specifications of your event and the Artist needs

• The final negotiated contract will sent to you for your review, approval, and signature

• Assist in carrying out contractual agreements of the Event, Artist and Agent

• Provide Artist Media Promo Kit such as artist photos, bio and approved media for your event

• Our Agency will then be a conduit every step of the way to ensure that your agreement with the artist and your event will be fulfilled
